Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 16, 2026
1. Service Scope
DesireCore is a delegation-based Agent operating system designed to provide users with secure, private, and efficient AI assistant services. Through this software, users can create, manage, and interact with personalized AI assistants.
DesireCore provides AI reasoning through third-party large language model (LLM) APIs configured by the user, supported cloud compute services, or third-party account connections. Availability, billing, content processing, and account status are controlled by the relevant provider. Users are responsible for related fees and use.
We are committed to protecting the integrity and privacy of user data. All user data is stored locally on the device by default, unless the user explicitly chooses synchronization or backup services.
2. License Agreement
DesireCore v10 and later versions use a layered licensing model. The license for DesireCore-owned code is governed by the LICENSE distributed with the software, module-specific notices, and release pages. Statements about future open-source plans do not constitute a license grant or commitment. Specific modules may be subject to additional terms.
Except where an applicable open-source license permits otherwise, users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license. Without written permission, DesireCore-owned non-open-source portions may not be commercially redistributed or offered as a service to third parties.
3. Bundled Third-Party Software
To provide offline runtimes, version control, and local automation, DesireCore installers may aggregate and invoke Git, Python, Node.js, cua-driver, and their dependencies as separate programs. These components are not authored by DesireCore. Their trademarks, copyrights, and other rights belong to their respective owners, and each component remains governed by its accompanying license, including without limitation:
- Git: GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2); distributors must preserve the license and provide corresponding source as required by the applicable terms
- Python: Python Software Foundation License; applicable license and copyright notices must be retained
- Node.js: MIT License, with third-party dependencies under additional licenses; the complete license inventory must be retained
- cua-driver: MIT License; copyright and permission notices must be retained
Aggregation of these separate components does not imply endorsement, certification, or warranty by their projects or rights holders. Third-party components are provided “as is” under their own licenses. Versions, availability, and packaging may change by platform or in response to upstream terms and compliance review. The Third-Party Notices, complete license texts, and corresponding-source information included with the installer are controlling. See Third-Party Software and Licenses for a user-facing version and risk summary.
Users who redistribute an installer, extract a component, or redistribute a component separately are responsible for identifying and satisfying the applicable license obligations. DesireCore's aggregation grants no rights beyond the original licenses.
4. User Responsibilities
Users should properly safeguard their account information and access credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access or data leakage caused by user negligence.
Users commit not to use this software for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: generating harmful content, infringing on others' intellectual property rights, interfering with or disrupting normal service operation.
Users bear full responsibility for all content they create and distribute. Content generated by AI assistants is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice.
5. Third-Party AI Services and Accounts
When using any third-party model, subscription, API key, OAuth credential, or cloud account, users must comply with the provider's then-current terms, usage policies, regional restrictions, and account rules. DesireCore cannot grant rights on behalf of a third party and does not guarantee that a credential, plan, or integration method will remain available.
DesireCore's Claude Agent SDK adapter uses Anthropic's official SDK for model interaction. Use of the official SDK does not by itself mean that Anthropic has approved DesireCore to offer Claude.ai login or to use Free, Pro, or Max subscription credentials on a user's behalf. Anthropic's current legal and compliance guidance directs third-party products to use Claude Console API keys or supported cloud-provider authentication and reserves the right to enforce authentication restrictions. Unless DesireCore has obtained explicit authorization covering this use case, users should not use Claude Free, Pro, or Max OAuth credentials through DesireCore's third-party integration path.
Architecturally, the adapter uses a dual-agent runtime: the DesireCore Agent runtime controls context, approvals, and tool execution, while the Claude Agent SDK runtime manages the Claude model session. DesireCore bridges only DesireCore-provided tools and does not enable the SDK's built-in file or shell tools. Its behavior and results therefore differ materially from using Claude Code directly. To use the full Claude Code programming workflow from DesireCore, have a DesireCore Agent invoke a separately installed and authorized Claude Code instance; that use remains subject to Anthropic's terms.
Providers may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts because of their rules, risk controls, or policy changes. Users must resolve quota loss, account restrictions, or bans arising from their authentication choices, usage, or violation of third-party terms with the relevant provider. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DesireCore is not liable for those outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
The DesireCore name, logo, interface design, and software architecture are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Without explicit authorization, copying, modifying, or creating derivative works is prohibited.
Copyright of content generated by users using this service belongs to the user. Users grant us the necessary licenses so that we can provide services and technical support.
7. Disclaimer
This software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Content generated by AI assistants may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should independently verify important information. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Third-party software, models, account systems, and network services may change or become unavailable at any time. DesireCore makes no warranty regarding their continued availability, compatibility, account status, responses, or policy stability.
8. Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through in-app notifications or email.
Continued use of the service after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the service and delete your data.
9. Termination
Users may stop using the service and delete their data at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of violations of these terms.
After service termination, user data will be handled according to our data retention policy. Users may export their data before termination.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court for litigation.
